Welcome

To my humble studio. Here you'll find my latest collection. The Market Garden. I worked in food for many years before my time as an artist. I believe that food, whether grown on your own happy patch, foraged in local markets, or just cooked and eaten is a bridge that connects us as humans to nature. It is why we cherish it, not just because it fills our bellies but also because it reminds us of a connection that we have lost. Vegetables and fruit, herbs and spices are beautiful, sensual things that teach us the abundance of nature around us. I much prefer illustrating a radish to a dahlia. They hold so much more meaning in their wonderful crunchy selves. I hope you, as collectors of these pieces take a little slice of nature home with you. To reconnect and bridge the gap from soil to finger tips.

From a lump of clay, to a solid piece of art each piece has been hand-built and painted by me in my studio, making each one completely one of a kind.

These ceramics are made slowly, with care; as works of art, collectors items and functional items- to be displayed, gifted and treasured for years to come. Because they are hand made, gentle wobbles and small blemishes are part of their character and charm.

Welcome to my latest collection. The Market Garden.

These are limited releases of original artworks and hand-built and painted ceramics. Each piece is made slowly, with care and one of a kind. No two pieces are the same. Subscribe to my mailing list and you'll be the first to know when new pieces go live.
